This was one of those projects where our client served as our instructor. Meticulous and detail-oriented, the home owner had a highly personalized and specific vision for his home’s design and function. Together, we created a home that anticipated his routines and needs, even drafting out details like where he would place his toothbrush and shampoo in the shower. The home itself was already well-designed for our tropical climate, with double-volume spaces, water features and courtyards. So we had great raw material to work with.
