This home is a fine example of vintage tropical architecture. It contains many features that would be rendered obsolete in today’s air-conditioned lifestyle, such as covered outdoor spaces, a huge balcony, and louvred windows. We tried to preserve these beautiful qualities as much as possible, while designing the home to be compatible with modern living.
