Design for a retail mall targeting the young and professional market. The site is within the 10-acre land of supporting amenities to the future KDU University College.
‘Youthful exuberance + Injecting fresh energy + Beehives of activities’ make the fundamental design brief. Studying the nature of user groups, design intends to provide an industrial chic, upcycled, raw and ephemeral space, with the use of vibrant colour and repetitive geometry – like the Kaleidoscope.
